Shipping and Handling:
Domestic and international orders placed Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
You can always check the current shipping status of your order by clicking on the tracking number sent to you in your shipping notification e-mail!
Notice: If you placed an international order, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Returns and Exchanges:
Uh oh! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund it for you. You may return the items within 15 calendar days upon receipt of your package, and we will refund it to you less the shipping cost. Attach your original invoice with your returned package and state on it whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
If you are exchanging an item, make sure to mark the new style and size that you would like to get!
Return all items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with any tags (if applicable) attached. Because we can't be responsible for packages mailed to us, we suggest that you use a trackable and insured mail service. Allow two weeks from the time you mail your order back to us for your return or exchange to be processed. We will send you an email right away once your return has been processed!
